Warehouse Lofts on the Waterfront - In 1982, several waterfront warehouses overlooking New York Harbor were converted into the architecturally significant complex known as Bay Street Landing. This pet-friendly five-building community of co-op and condo lofts is home to many medical, legal, financial, art and design professionals. Residents are active in local, charity and political events.
Bay Street Landing provides private security -- cars and visitors must enter through our gate -- and many amenities including tennis courts, free parking, barbecue pits, picnic area, children's play area, dog run and a gym. 

We are located in St. George on the North Shore of Staten Island, less than a 15-minute walk to the Staten Island Ferry, a 25-minute free ride to Whitehall Street, Battery Park and the Wall Street district of Manhattan.
